Open a ticket first ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ

For pretty much anything โ€” questions, reports, appeals, verification, or just "I don't know what to do" โ€” open a ticket. Tickets are private between you and staff and make sure the right people see your message.

Don't DM staff directly. Tickets keep things organised and mean nothing falls through the cracks.

When to open a ticket:

  • Age verification
  • Reporting someone for harassment or boundary violations
  • Questions about rules, roles, or access
  • Appeals if you've been warned or actioned
  • Anything you'd rather discuss privately
  • Not sure? Open one anyway โ€” that's what they're there for

What staff can help with ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Staff are here to keep the community safe, sort out issues, and answer questions. They're happy to help with anything community-related.

Staff are not therapists or crisis counselors โ€” for anything beyond the community, please reach out to the right people for that. findahelpline.com is a good starting point. ๐Ÿช


Response times โฑ๏ธ

Staff are in different time zones and volunteer their time. We read everything and care about every ticket โ€” but we can't always reply instantly. Give it a little time and someone will get back to you.
