By creating an account or using ABDL Circle ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. You must be 18 or older

ABDL Circle is a strictly 18+ community. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately and permanently.

2. Content rules

You are responsible for everything you post. You agree not to upload, share, or link to:

Any content depicting or sexualising minors, real or fictional.
Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of other members.
Spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.
Other people's private information shared without consent.

Keep interactions respectful and consensual. Staff may remove any content that violates these rules.

3. Account termination

We may suspend, ban, or delete any account at our discretion — with or without notice — for violating these terms or for conduct we judge harmful to the community. You may delete your own account at any time from your settings.

4. Ban appeals

If your account is banned you may appeal by opening a support ticket. We will review the appeal and respond when we are able. Appeals are not considered for zero-tolerance violations, which include but are not limited to: content depicting or sexualising minors, confirmed underage users, and credible threats of real-world violence.

5. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". Staff moderate the community on a best-efforts basis but are not responsible for content posted by members. We do not endorse any user-generated content and cannot guarantee that all content on the site complies with these terms at all times.

6. No warranties

The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
